Il petalo The petal

E l'albero And the tree
perde le foglie nell'autunno che lose their leaves in autumn that
incalza
e il vento and the wind
disperde nidi vuoti fra rami empty nests dispersed among branches
scarniti little
e nuvole and clouds
gonfie di piogge invernali cavalcano puffy winter rains to ride
sopra la pietra, above the stone,
